Supplication of Imam al-Husayn on Arafa Day
Mafatih al-Jinan · Shaykh Abbas Qummi
Praise be to God whose decree none can repel, whose gift none can prevent, and whose craftsmanship no craftsman can match. He is the Generous, the Vast. He originated the varieties of wonders and perfected by His wisdom all creations. Nothing of the vanguards is hidden from Him, and no trusts are lost with Him. Rewarder of every doer, enricher of every content one, merciful to every supplicant, and bestower of benefits. By the comprehensive Book of radiant light. He hears the supplications, repels the afflictions, raises the ranks, and subdues the tyrants.
