اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ الَّتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، وَبِقُوَّتِكَ الَّتِي قَهَرْتَ بِهَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، وَخَضَعَ لَهَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ، وَذَلَّ لَهَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ. وَبِجَبَرُوتِكَ الَّتِي غَلَبْتَ بِهَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، وَبِعِزَّتِكَ الَّتِي لاَ يَقُومُ لَهَا شَيْءٌ، وَبِعَظَمَتِكَ الَّتِي مَلَأَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، وَبِسُلْطَانِكَ الَّذِي عَلاَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ. وَبِوَجْهِكَ الْبَاقِي بَعْدَ فَنَاءِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَبِأَسْمَائِكَ الَّتِي مَلَأَتْ أَرْكَانَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَبِعِلْمِكَ الَّذِي أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَبِنُورِ وَجْهِكَ الَّذِي أَضَاءَ لَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ. يَا نُورُ يَا قُدُّوسُ، يَا أَوَّلَ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَيَا آخِرَ الْآخِرِينَ. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِي تَهْتِكُ الْعِصَمَ. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِي تُنْزِلُ النِّقَمَ. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِي تُغَيِّرُ النِّعَمَ. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِي تَحْبِسُ الدُّعَاءَ. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِي تُنْزِلُ الْبَلاَءَ. وَأَنْتَ الَّذِي لَمْ تُخْلِ مِنْ إِحْسَانِكَ جَمِيعَ بَرِيَّتِكَ. يُقِرُّ لَكَ بِذَلِكَ مَنْ عَصَاكَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُنْكِرْ إِلَهِيَّتَكَ. فَكَيْفَ يَا إِلَهِي وَسَيِّدِي وَمَوْلاَيَ أَتُسَلِّطُ عَلَيَّ النَّارَ بَعْدَ تَوْحِيدِكَ وَبَعْدَ مَا انْطَوَى عَلَيْهِ قَلْبِي مِنْ مَعْرِفَتِكَ وَلَهِجَ بِهِ لِسَانِي مِنْ ذِكْرِكَ وَاعْتَقَدَهُ ضَمِيرِي مِنْ حُبِّكَ.
O God, I ask You by Your mercy which encompasses all things, by Your strength through which You conquered all things, before which all things submit and humble themselves. By Your might through which You dominated all things, by Your power before which nothing can stand, by Your greatness which has filled all things, by Your authority which has risen above all things. By Your Face which endures after the annihilation of all things, by Your Names which have filled the foundations of all things, by Your knowledge which encompasses all things, by the light of Your Face by which all things are illuminated. O Light, O Most Holy, O First of the first and Last of the last. O God, forgive me the sins that tear apart protection. O God, forgive me the sins that bring down retribution. O God, forgive me the sins that alter blessings. O God, forgive me the sins that hold back supplication. O God, forgive me the sins that bring down affliction. And You are the One who has not deprived any of Your creation of Your benevolence. Both the one who disobeyed You and the one who did not deny Your divinity acknowledge this. How then, O my God, my Lord, and my Master, could You give the fire power over me after my testimony to Your oneness, after all that my heart has embraced of Your knowledge, my tongue has uttered of Your remembrance, and my conscience has believed of Your love?
