وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّ نُوحاً لَمَّا رَكِبَ فِي السَّفِينَةِ طَافَتْ بِهِ جَمِيعَ الدُّنْيَا فَلَمَّا مَرَّتْ بِكَرْبَلَاءَ أَخَذَتْهُ الْأَرْضُ وَ خَافَ نُوحٌ الْغَرَقَ فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ وَ قَالَ إِلَهِي طُفْتُ جَمِيعَ الدُّنْيَا وَ مَا أَصَابَنِي فَزَعٌ مِثْلُ مَا أَصَابَنِي فِي هَذِهِ الْأَرْضِ
فَنَزَلَ جَبْرَئِيلُ وَ قَالَ يَا نُوحُ فِي هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ يُقْتَلُ الْحُسَيْنُ سِبْطُ مُحَمَّدٍ خَاتَمِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَ ابْنِ خَاتَمِ الْأَوْصِيَاءِ فَقَالَ وَ مَنِ الْقَاتِلُ لَهُ يَا جَبْرَئِيلُ
قَالَ قَاتِلُهُ لَعِينُ أَهْلِ سَبْعِ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ فَلَعَنَهُ نُوحٌ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ فَسَارَتِ السَّفِينَةُ حَتَّى بَلَغَتِ الْجُودِيَّ وَ اسْتَقَرَّتْ عَلَيْهِ.
And it is reported –
‘When Noah-as sailed in the ship, it circled with him-as entirety of the world. When it passed by Karbala, the land seized it, and Noah-as feared the drowning. He-as supplicated to his-as Lord-azwj and said: ‘My-as God-azwj! I-as circled entirety of the world and no panic had hit me-as like what has hit me-as in this land! ’
Jibraeel-as descended and said: ‘O Noah-as! Al-Husayn-asws, grandson-asws of Muhammad-as, last of the Prophets-as and son-asws of the last of the successors-as would be killed in this place’. He-as said: ‘And who is his-asws killer, O Jibraeel-as? ’
He-as said: ‘His-asws killer is the on accursed in the seven skies and seven earths! ’ So Noah-as cursed him-la four times, and the ship sailed until it reached Al Judy and settled upon it’’. [237]
