شي، تفسير العياشي عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ع عَنْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ مِنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ فَلَمَّا جاءَهُمْ ما عَرَفُوا كَفَرُوا بِهِ قَالَ تَفْسِيرُهَا فِي الْبَاطِنِ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ مَا عَرَفُوا فِي عَلِيٍّ كَفَرُوا بِهِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ فِيهِمْ فَلَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكافِرِينَ يَعْنِي بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ فِي بَاطِنِ الْقُرْآنِ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص هَكَذَا- بِئْسَمَا اشْتَرَوْا بِهِ أَنْفُسَهُمْ أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فِي عَلِيٍ بَغْياً وَ قَالَ اللَّهُ فِي عَلِيٍ
أَنْ يُنَزِّلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ عَلى مَنْ يَشاءُ مِنْ عِبادِهِ يَعْنِي عَلِيّاً قَالَ اللَّهُ فَباؤُ بِغَضَبٍ عَلى غَضَبٍ يَعْنِي بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ- وَ لِلْكافِرِينَ يَعْنِي بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ عَذابٌ مُهِينٌ
وَ قَالَ جَابِرٌ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ ص هَكَذَا وَ اللَّهِ- وَ إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فِي عَلِيٍّ يَعْنِي بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ- قالُوا نُؤْمِنُ بِما أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْنا يَعْنِي فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِما وَراءَهُ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فِي عَلِيٍّ- وَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مُصَدِّقاً لِما مَعَهُمْ يَعْنِي عَلِيّاً ع.
Tafseer Al Ayyashi – From Jabir who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far-asws about this Verse, from the Words of Allah-azwj so when there came to them what they recognised, they disbelieved in it. [2: 89]. He-asws said: ‘Its interpretation in the esoteric (Meaning) – When there came to them what they recognised regarding Ali-asws, they disbelieved in it. Allah-azwj Said regarding them Therefore, the Curse of Allah is upon the unbelievers – in the esoteric (Meaning) of the Quran’. Abu Ja’far-asws said: ‘It Means the Clan of Umayya, they are the disbelievers, in the esoteric (Meaning) of the Quran’. Abu Ja’far-asws said: ‘This Verse was Revealed upon Muhammad-saww like this: Evil is what they are buying by (selling) their souls – that they are disbelieving in what Allah Revealed regarding Ali, out of every envy [2: 90]. that Allah Sends down from His Grace upon the one whom He so Desires from His servants – Meaning Ali-asws. Allah-azwj Said: Thus they are incurring Wrath upon Wrath – Meaning the Clan of Umayya And for the unbelievers – Meaning the Clan of Umayya there is a disgraceful Punishment [2: 90]’. Abu Ja’far-asws said: ‘By Allah-azwj! This Verse was Revealed upon Muhammad-saww like this: And when it is said to them, what was that which was Revealed regarding Ali – Meaning (Addressing) the Clan of Umayya. they are saying, ‘We are believing in what is Revealed upon us’ – meaning in their hearts, in what Allah-azwj Revealed upon it and they are disbelieving in what is after it – in what Allah-azwj Revealed regarding Ali-asws, and it is the Truth, in Verification to what is with them [2: 91]– meaning Ali-asws’’. [45]
